(b) at the federal level, the national and local laws, regulations, statutes and rules governing the use of the land, including environmental, construction, zoning, health, rent control and condominium laws, if any, applicable from the date of this Agreement, provided that the property may be used from the closing date as a right to use a detached house or, if the property is not/is a detached house, the property may be considered a right for (c) where appropriate, to be used in partitions of parts or partitions; and (d) easements in adjacent lanes. 16. USE OF THE PRODUCT FOR THE GRANTING OF OWNERSHIP: in order to allow the seller to make the transfer as planned, the seller may, at the time of delivery of the deed, use the purchase money or part thereof to clarify the title of one or all of the charges or interest. EXTENSION: if, after reasonable and careful effort, the Seller is unable to provide the property referred to in paragraph 15 or transfer ownership of the property in accordance with this Agreement, that agreement shall be automatically extended by 30 days before the closing date (or if the Buyer`s mortgage obligation expires earlier one working day before the expiry of that commitment) before the expiry date of that commitment. . . .
