Myobrace.com reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time, at our sole discretion and without notice. Changes to our Terms will take effect on the date of publication, and your continued use of myobrace.com after changing the Terms means that you agree to be bound to them. 10.1 Method. You agree that all communications between you and us regarding MYOB AccountRight should be via email, product notification via MYOB AccountRight or the publication of a notification on the MYOB website (myob.com or myob.co.nz), unless the recipient accepts another method. If you want to convert your software to a higher level, this is usually done by purchasing a MYOB support contract for the new version as above. You understand and accept that the above terms represent the entire general agreement between you and myobrace.com. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions if you use or access other services, affiliate services or third-party content or material. 11.5Mission. You cannot transfer or transfer the contract between you and us without our prior written consent. We can terminate the contract at any time between us and you or transfer it in another way.

The fees and royalties associated with the provision of MYOB AccountRight were communicated to you when you started using AccountRight, as well as any changes to these fees and taxes published on our website at www.myob.com.au/accountright (Australia) or www.myob.com/nz/accountright (New Zealand). This includes all royalties collected in accordance with the fair dealing policy for Australia and New Zealand. The terms of this agreement apply until the time limit is extended until they are terminated without notice by one of the parties for whatever reason. The termination of this contract does not affect the conditions that must be maintained at all times.
